1. Overview
Oravo Agency provides a fully managed, customized seller-acquisition system for licensed real estate professionals.
Because capacity, resources, and fulfillment costs are committed the moment onboarding begins, Oravo Agency operates under a strict no-refund framework.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Master Service Agreement (Terms & Conditions)
2. Payments
2.1 All monthly service fees are billed upfront and charged automatically to the payment method provided.
2.2 Work will not begin until the first payment is successfully processed.
2.3 Monthly payments continue automatically unless terminated in accordance with Section 4 of this Policy.
3. No Refunds
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
• monthly service fees
• onboarding fees
• setup, creative production, funnel work, and CRM configuration
• ad copy, ad creative, tests, or optimizations
• any work already performed
• fees due within the Initial Term
• any portion of a billing cycle already started
3.1 Once onboarding or setup begins, no refunds are issued for any reason.
3.2 Ad spend paid to external platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is never refundable, even if campaigns are paused or terminated.
3.3 Early cancellation within the Initial Term (first 3 months) does not release the Client from their payment obligation.
3.4 Minimum Ad Spend Requirement
All Oravo Agency plans require a minimum advertising spend of US $1,000 per month, paid directly by the Client to the advertising platforms.
Failure to meet this requirement:
• does not entitle the Client to refunds, credits, pro-rated adjustments, or early cancellation,
• does not pause the Client’s billing obligations, and
• permits Oravo to pause or suspend campaign activity until the required ad spend is restored.
The minimum ad spend requirement applies throughout the entire Initial 3-Month Term and any renewal periods.
3.5 Required GoHighLevel Subscription (Scale & Elite Plans)
Clients subscribed to the Scale or Elite plans must maintain an active, fully paid GoHighLevel (GHL) account at all times.
Failure to maintain the required GHL subscription:
• does not qualify the Client for refunds, credits, or partial billing adjustments,
• does not pause their financial obligation during the Initial Term or notice period,
• may result in temporary suspension of campaign activity until resolved.
GHL subscription fees are paid directly by the Client to GoHighLevel and are non-refundable.
3.6 Required Advertising Account Access
All plans require the Client to own and maintain active advertising accounts on Meta and/or Google.
Failure to provide administrative access does not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellation during the Initial Term.
Any delays caused by missing or restricted access remain the responsibility of the Client.
3.7 New Account Warm-Up
Delays or performance limitations caused by new Meta or Google ad accounts, including warm-up periods, verification holds, limited spending ability, or platform trust-building restrictions, do not qualify for refunds, credits, discounts, or early cancellation.
Billing continues uninterrupted during warm-up periods.
3.8 Calendar/Calendly Requirements
If the Client fails to maintain a functioning Calendly account, booking link, or calendar availability, Oravo Agency cannot deliver appointments.
Such failures do not qualify for refunds, credits, partial billing adjustments, or early cancellation.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Initial 3-Month Minimum Term (Mandatory)
All Oravo Agency service plans require a binding three (3) month Initial Term.
This minimum period is mandatory and non-cancellable.
All three months must be paid in full, regardless of performance.
No cancellations are accepted during the Initial Term.
4.2 Cancellation After the Initial Term
After the Initial Term ends, the agreement automatically renews month-to-month. The Client may cancel only by sending written notice to:

4.3 30-Day Cancellation Notice (Applies Only After Month 3)
Cancellations submitted after the Initial Term require:
a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice.
All fees falling within the 30-day notice period remain due and non-refundable.
4.4 Invalid Cancellation Methods
The following do not constitute cancellation:
• texting a team member
• sending a Slack/WhatsApp message
• telling an employee verbally
• DM on social media
• stopping ad spend
• disputing a payment
Only written notice to hello@oravoagency.com is valid.
5. Partial Months & Pro-Rated Requests
Oravo Agency does not provide:
• pro-rated refunds
• partial refunds
• credits for unused time
• refunds for paused or inactive campaigns
• refunds for weeks with fewer appointments
Monthly fees cover access to the Oravo Agency appointment engine and fulfillment system, not guaranteed output.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
6.1 Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with Oravo constitutes a breach of the Agreement.
6.2 If a chargeback is filed, Oravo may:
• suspend all services immediately
• provide evidence to the financial institution (T&C acceptance, logs, IP, email confirmations, onboarding proof)
• forward the outstanding balance to collections
• pursue recovery under Florida law
6.3 Because Oravo Agency is a service provider and not a performance-based results vendor, financial institutions overwhelmingly uphold Oravo’s position when proper documentation is submitted.
7. Termination by Oravo Agency
Oravo Agency may terminate or suspend service immediately if:
• payments fail
• Client violates Fair Housing or platform policies
• Client damages Oravo’s reputation
• Client engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior
Fees already paid remain non-refundable.
8. Policy Alignment With Terms & Conditions
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is an extension of the Oravo LLC Master Service Agreement.
In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions govern.
9. Acknowledgment
By purchasing any Oravo Agency service plan, the Client:
• confirms they understand and accept this Policy
• agrees that all fees are non-refundable
• accepts the mandatory 3-month Initial Term
• acknowledges that cancellation is only valid via email to hello@oravoagency.com
• authorizes ongoing automatic billing
